We supply electric boilers across the UK. All products are supply-only (no installation service included). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their property and installed by a certified professional to maintain the 1-year warranty.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments securely through PayPal.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping via Royal Mail or UPS.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–6 working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary.

5. Returns & Warranty

You may return unopened boilers in original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Boilers come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Any damage during shipping must be reported within 24–48 hours, with photographic evidence sent to info@hertsboilersupplier.com.

We do not charge return fees.
