✅ Do your boilers come with installation?

No — our boilers are sold as supply-only products.
They’re plug-and-play electric combi units, designed for qualified electricians or heating engineers to install quickly. We do not currently offer fitting or installation services.

🔧 Can I install the boiler myself?

If you're a qualified electrician or working with one — yes.
However, for safety and compliance, we recommend hiring a professional. It’s a simple job for any certified installer familiar with electric heating systems.

We’re based in Hertfordshire but ship across the entire UK — fast and reliable delivery from UK-based stock.

💸 How much do the boilers cost?

Our electric combi boilers start from £999, with no hidden installation or callout fees.
That’s up to 50% cheaper than some gas boiler replacements quoted at £2,000–£3,500.

⚡ What power output are the boilers?

We currently stock 10kW–12kW electric combi boilers — ideal for 1–3 bed homes, small commercial spaces, flats, or conversions.

Each unit includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty for peace of mind.

⏱️ How long does delivery take?

We ship from UK-based stock, with most deliveries arriving within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

💳 Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Not at the moment — we only accept full payment at checkout. Our goal is to offer a low upfront cost without long-term contracts or hidden fees.
